Chef Michel Nischan is one of our very favorite sustainable food chef/advocates. He is an award-winning cookbook author, chef and restaurateur (partner/owner of the Dressing Room with the handsome and generous Mr. Paul Newman, whom we all miss).
We talked with Chef Nischan about Wholesome Wave, an organization he founded to help make sure fresh and whole foods are accessible to everyone, especially the economically challenged in under served urban areas. We had a lot of fun talking about the upcoming monster Farm Bill.
