Feelgood Fitness: How do You Get Active?

For a lot of us, exercise is the hardest part of staying healthy. What do you do to stay fit and feel good?

We talked a bit last week about healthy weight loss and mentioned that staying active is an integral part of staying fit. To get the ball rolling, I came up with a few of my favorite ways to get moving. Chime in with yours in the comments!
