You don’t have to join a fancy gym to stay fit. Instead, just grab your running shoes and head outside for a head-clearing cardio workout. If you have a hard time getting motivated for that morning walk or run, it helps to have a buddy. It’s much harder to blow off your workout if someone is waiting for you to meet up.
