There’s nothing like getting out into nature to help you get active and feel good. If you’re lucky enough to have trails nearby, you might be able to squeeze in hikes in the morning before work. If it’s more of a trek to get to the trail head, you might consider adding a longer weekend hike to your routine. You can make it extra fun by packing a healthy picnic lunch and inviting some friends to come along!
