We introduced Dazzle Dry’s Rhapsody, Sanguinity and Morocco! collections in early 2009 and Dazzle Dry’s Metro & Retro in the fall and DazzleDry’s Red Ice & BlackLight winter collections in Sept-Oct.
Your second paragraph is disturbing to me. Did you request us for samples or did you place an order? Did you place an order through the website or did you call us directly? If you are a blogger did you contact our publicist or our company, introduce yourself and made your request? All orders that we receive are shipped within 48 hours via FedEx ground unless requested otherwise by the requestor except during the summer where no shipment is made on Fridays. All bloggers go through our publicist, Lisa Cocuzza of It’s a Glam Thing. Lisa follows up on any sample request she places and makes sure that we do not miss one.
I am sorry if your experience with VB has been nothing but excellent. VB is an ISO 9001:2008 and customer centric company and we continually strive to make improvements. Sometimes companies (includes us) who are dependent on the digital world do experience a glitch in the system through no fault of our own such as when emails are not delivered or the website server goes down and an order is not received.
