3. Take a Soothing Bath
When you’re getting ready for that holiday shindig, try taking a nice, hot bath instead of a shower. To really help you relax, try pouring in a generous helping of epsom salts and 10-15 drops of a soothing essential oil like lavender. Turn down the lights, put on some relaxing music, and soak your woes away.
