Meditation is great for your body, mind, and spirit, but it turns out it also benefits heart health!
We know that beauty is more than skin deep, and every once in a while a study comes out that shows just how powerful taking care of our bodies and minds can be. A recent NIH-funded study showed that transcendental meditation helps reduce the risk of heart attack in at-risk patients.
