The Fairmont San Jose Mixes it Up with the Organic iCocktail
Fun, Flirty and Organic. Sounds like a good time to me! As summer, winds down, trying serving up The Fairmont San Jose’s new organic iCocktail in celebration of all things techie and green.
Served in the hotel’s lobby lounge bar or in your own backyard:
2 large (organic) Cilantro Springs
1 oz Tequila (they use Sauza’s Tres Generaciones, but try 4 Copas, the only certified organic Tequila I know of if you can get your hands on it!)
2 oz Vodka (I like Square One )
3/4 oz Fresh Organic Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
Fresh Cilantro Sprigs for decorations
