I love the idea that when you’re not feeling confident, just positioning your body in a confident way can make you feel better. A long time ago, I read about a study showing that smiling makes people happier, no matter what mood they were in to start with. I’ve been using this trick to cheer myself up for years, and I’m definitely going to start using Cuddy’s “power posing” method now, too!
