We all love our fashion. But have you ever stopped to think of the massive carbon footprint and waste involved in the creation of clothing.
Yoxi has.
Yoxi has set up Trim the Waste of Fashion, a creative competition designed to inspire “social innovators” to help tackle this problem. Ten teams will show off their solutions in coming months, with a worldwide audience choosing the winner. The winning team will receive $40,000 in cash prizes, industry connections and mentoring, and support from fans. One of the judges in the contest is the lovely and eco-conscious Angela Lindvall, whom you may remember from our John Hardy giveaway.
