It’s hot! Even for those of us who absolutely love summer. Who say the heat never bugs ’em. Who go outside to warm up from the air conditioning. It. Is. Hot.
So, everyone is trying to stay cool. Every time I hear those words it takes me back to yearbook signatures of junior high — stay cool, don’t change, stay sweet… Anyway, continuing with our summer series Green Your Summer Routine…
Drinking lots of water, eating juicy, ripe fruits and avoiding too much sun or alcohol will help keep your cool. Did you also know that certain beauty products can help to beat the heat?
