If sitting in air conditioning isn&#8217;t an option for you, there is a more natural fix that I think my fellow green queens may just love.<\/p>\n<p>Introducing the DIY &#8216;Look Hawt, Stay Cool&#8217; spray, and I don&#8217;t mean look hot and sweaty, I mean look hawt!<\/p>\n<h3>DIY Cooling Spray<\/h3>\n<p>When feeling a little flustered, sweaty, nervous, or just downright hot, get your DIY on and make a batch of this quick and easy naturally cooling spray that lasts up to three months, and most importantly, will help cool you down when you need it most.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Materials<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>clean, dry mist sprayer bottle<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons of natural aloe vera gel<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons of witch hazel<\/li>\n<li>5 drops of organic peppermint essential oil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Combine all of your ingredients in the spray bottle, then shake it like a polaroid picture.<\/p>\n<p>You can spray it directly onto your face, neck, wrists or on the soles of your feet anytime you are feeling a little hot and bothered. Well, not that kind of hot and bothered.<\/p>\n<p>But I digress.<\/p>\n<p>Once you mist yourself with your new concoction, let the breeze to blow over your skin to really keep yourself cool. Then simply store your bottle in a cool, dry, dark place for up to three months.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s it! A quick and easy DIY trick that will help keep you cool and chilled out. And what&#8217;s best is all of these ingredients are natural, great for your skin, and don&#8217;t cost a pretty penny.
