Let’s face it, you guys. Natural deodorants are just not as effective as the toxic sort. There’s nothing like a little triclosan<\/a> to kill pesky underarm bacteria, but the trouble with ingredients like these is that they do more than advertised. For example, overuse of triclosan in cosmetics like deodorants breeds bacterial resistance. Not good, from a public health standpoint!<\/p>\n

I have tried a lot of natural deodorants. I mean, a LOT of them. I have 7 different sorts in my bathroom right now, and those are just the ones I’m using at the moment. One of the keys to effective natural deodorant use is rotating them out, so I always keep a few in the cabinet. Of course, when the folks at Naturally Fresh<\/a> offered to send me a couple of their products for a deodorant test, I jumped at the chance!
