In response to the latest body positivity article<\/a>, I was forwarded a video of Caroline Pover giving a TED Talk on positive body image<\/a>. I think she hits on a very important, and sometimes not talked about, aspect of body positivity and loving your body: sex.<\/p>\n

How we feel about our bodies, and especially how we feel about them naked, can directly influence our intimate relationships. Truly loving our bodies for what they are, and how amazing they are, will only serve to enhance our sex lives-with or without a partner!<\/p>\n
