Have you heard of alternate nostril breathing?\u00a0 Ayurvedics believe this one will help keep you healthy and sane.\u00a0 And it only takes a few minutes.\u00a0 You start in a comfortable seated position, and fold down the pointer and middle fingers of your right hand. Use your ring finger to pinch closed your left nostril, and breathe in through the right. Release, and use your thumb to close the left nostril as you exhale. Repeat slowly until you’re feeling calm and focused.<\/p>\n
