Dry, cracked heels got you down? Here’s how I fixed my feet in a few simple steps.<\/h3>\n

My marathon training<\/a> is over, and I have to tell you, it did a number on my feet! My heels have been dry and cracking, and I was at my wits end trying to sort out how to fix them up.<\/p>\n

I even resorted to a not-so-green pedicure at the salon near my house. The pedicure helped a bit, but after a few days my heels were back to their original state. Boo! Then, I read a post over at my friend Karen’s blog about her DIY heel scrub<\/a>. What perfect timing! The recipe below is adapted from that one, and I added a couple of extra steps to help battle super damaged tootsies.<\/p>\n
