<\/a><\/p>\n Recently, many large clothing companies have decided to detox their companies by eliminating all hazardous chemical discharges from their plants and company product life cycles.<\/p>\n Nike, Puma, and Adidas have all committed to this transformation in their companies by the year 2020. After numerous tweets, petitions, and research, H&M has also hopped on board<\/a> with this pledge. There is a lot of chemical run-off and polution caused by large companies, clothing or not.<\/p>\n A wide range of hazardous chemicals have been dumped into rivers in China<\/a> that have been, and are, cause for serious concern. This pledge and commitment will bring about real change in the clothing industry. When a large company, such as H&M, climbs on board it shows that the change is possible and real.
