Chef Michel Nischan<\/a> is one of our very favorite sustainable food chef\/advocates. He is an award-winning cookbook author, chef and restaurateur (partner\/owner of the Dressing Room<\/a> <\/strong><\/em>with the handsome and generous Mr. Paul Newman, whom we all miss).<\/p>\n We talked with Chef Nischan about Wholesome Wave<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, an organization he founded to help make sure fresh and whole foods are accessible to everyone, especially the economically challenged\u00a0in under served urban areas.
