That includes dyes for finished garments and skeins of yarn. Additionally, silkscreen and shibori methods are offered. Shibori is a technique that blocks some areas of material to prevent it from being dyed. The materials they dye are alpaca, cotton, wool, and other organic fibers.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>What’s really cool is that they’ve combined innovative technology with traditional techniques for earth-friendly color processes. It all came about when they were asked to color organic tang\u00fcis cotton cultivated south of their city.<\/p>\n

Tang\u00fcis is a traditional variety of Peruvian cotton. The couple says it has a smooth texture and is perceived as an ancestral spirit. The cotton was grown without pesticides and they refuse to contaminate it with chemical agents.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Daniella and Ricardo’s mission is to give a healthful and environmentally sustainable continuity to organic cotton and by extension to other fibers, by using natural dyes. Their philosophy today is based on their sustainable color project research. Their motto is: natural colors, colors of the future<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Individuals can taste their amazing products<\/a> of hand cotton yarns or accessories. The yarns are suitable for warm clothing, soft and comfortable. A group of mothers from Chancay, Peru design and weave the accessories. Their collections are integrated with “Sand People”, an organization that guides people to discover their own resources and to build solutions that meet objectives and develop trust, solidarity between neighbors and the environment.<\/p>\n

Natural dye methods are complex when aimed at quantity production. Ecotintes is a company to depend on for researched expertise.
