Each flower is constructed of two layers of <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tenthousandvillages.com\/catalog\/product.list.php?cart_category_id=174\" target=\"_blank\">lokta paper<\/a><\/em>:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;The paper is handmade from the bark of a tree found at 6,000 to 9,000 feet altitude in Nepal\u2019s mountains.
