The recent <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elle.com\/coverstory\/13810\/madonna-elle-may-\">Elle<\/a> article online left me searching for more answers about her new documentary and I soon discovered the reason she is gracing a magazine cover holding up a globe is because Madonna has recently produced and narrated the new film <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iambecauseweare.com\/\">\u201cI Am Because We Are.\u201d<\/a> This groundbreaking superstar-lead film is a documentary about AIDS orphans in Malawi. The new movie will be screened in its entirety at Cannes 2008.  More <!--more-->press over at <a href=\"http:\/\/wwd.com\/notavailable\/archive?\">Women&#8217;s Wear Daily<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Her recent <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sfgate.com\/cgi-bin\/blogs\/sfgate\/detail?blogid=7&amp;entry_id=22683\">adoption<\/a> was a success, and I&#8217;m curious as why major magazines are less interested in publicizing the important issues she is helping to highlight than in following her uber glamorous life as a yogi, lover, musician, fashion icon &amp; <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Filth_and_Wisdom\">nouveau film director<\/a>?
