Maybe you’re already using lemon juice in some of your homemade green cleaning recipes<\/a>, but did you know that you can also incorporate it into your beauty routine? Check out these beauty uses for lemons!<\/p>\n Lemon juice has a pH of 2, which is pretty low. That means it’s not ideal for sensitive skin, unless it’s very diluted. If you’re not sure whether your skin can handle lemon’s acidity, I’d suggest making a small batch of any recipe you want to try and patch test it.<\/p>\n Its natural acidity makes lemon juice a great exfoliator. Chances are it won’t cause any damage, but it stings like nothing else.
