{"id":1077,"date":"2008-09-17T13:31:33","date_gmt":"2008-09-17T18:31:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wordpress-367309-1145696.cloudwaysapps.com\/?p=1077"},"modified":"2008-09-17T13:31:33","modified_gmt":"2008-09-17T18:31:33","slug":"project-runway-frontrunner-is-eco-chic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/feelgoodstyle.com\/articles\/project-runway-frontrunner-is-eco-chic\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Runway Frontrunner Is Eco-Chic"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/feelgoodstyle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/leanne1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-1097\" src=\"https:\/\/feelgoodstyle.com\/files\/2008\/09\/leanne-179x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"335\" \/><\/a>If you&#8217;re like me, you&#8217;ve been glued to your set watching <strong><em>Project Runway<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 Why wouldn&#8217;t you be?\u00a0 It&#8217;s a reality show where the contestants, though they may be obnoxious like other reality shows, actually showcase legitimate talent (well, <em>mostly<\/em> legitimate talent) by creating amazing garments under extreme time constraints.\u00a0 Couple that with the snarky nature of at least a few contestants, the lovable <strong>Tim Gunn<\/strong>, the adorable <strong>Heidi Klum<\/strong> and a revolving door of fashion and celebrity guest judges, and you&#8217;ve got must-watch television every week.\u00a0 <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Besides having an <a href=\"https:\/\/feelgoodstyle.com\/2008\/07\/24\/heidi-klums-project-runway-eco-episode-with-guest-judge-natalie-portman\/\" target=\"_blank\">entire episode based around eco-friendly fabrics<\/a> (with guest judge <strong>Natalie Portman<\/strong>), this season&#8217;s crop of designers includes <strong>Leanne Marshall<\/strong>, who, unbeknowst to many viewers, is a huge fan of sustainable textiles.\u00a0 She&#8217;s won several challenges and seems to be coming on strong late in the game (I&#8217;ve read no spoilers from Bryant Park, so don&#8217;t tell me!)
