Because it is Breast Cancer Awareness month, I have a little something I’d like to share with you lovely FGS readers.

We have been talking prevention, and it is soooo super important. Why not work on staying healthy in the first place. If you are currently dealing with illness or have in the past, all the better to add some healthy stuff to your lifestyle now.

Of course, eating healthy is the best first step to good health and warding off disease. Organic fruits and veg where possible, keep the processed stuff to a minimum, and stay hydrated. Certain foods give you a good antioxidant boost too, so remember to add those to your diet. Exercise, get enough sleep, and a good meditation practice also help to keep you healthy and feeling great.

Another important step is using toxin-free skin care, make up , body care, baby care, and hair care. Clean cosmetics will help to lower your exposure to potential disease-inducing chemicals. Don’t know where to begin?

For the rest of October I am giving away my ebook, Beauty + Diet, for FREE. Free to you, free to your friends and family, free to anyone who’d like to find out how to easily decrease their toxic exposure.
