There is no denying this is a wonderful and magical time of year. But all of that magic can wear you out.
Hopefully you will have time after the holidays to detox, relax, get back in a routine. But for now there is something you can do that is quick, easy and free to get your mind back on track.
Have you heard of alternate nostril breathing? Ayurvedics believe this one will help keep you healthy and sane. And it only takes a few minutes. You start in a comfortable seated position, and fold down the pointer and middle fingers of your right hand. Use your ring finger to pinch closed your left nostril, and breathe in through the right. Release, and use your thumb to close the left nostril as you exhale. Repeat slowly until you’re feeling calm and focused.
