Earth Day 2009 : Ready, Set, Grow! Lush Launches “Seed the Nation” Contest

Today, while walking with my dear friend after an uplifting yoga class, we were lured into a Lush shop (by the colorful poster above) to plant a seed bomb any place in the city that needs native wildflowers!

It gets even more adorable:

The Lush crew is set to do good across North America to see customers “dig in some soil, plant a few seeds, or mend a sagging fence. One good deed inspires anothor” ~ Guerilla Gardener, David Tracey

Go to Lush’s Seed the Nation page and enter your story about what you did with the seed bombs.

Eco-friendly awards will be given to the top ten green thumbs! So don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty and inspire Lush fans across the globe with your community garden projects, or any other act of goodness to green your surroundings!
