NVEY ECO Organic Creme Deluxe Foundation Perfect for Summer

Nvey Eco Creme FoundationI was having some issues with my summer cosmetics. My mineral makeup was slipping and turning into a giant mineral oil slick in the humid weather. Plus it just felt too heavy.

Then I tried NVEY ECO’s organic creme deluxe foundation. I was sure it would be too thick as well but I thinned it down a little with a damp cosmetic sponge and it was perfect. Light, airy and breathable in the summer heat and humidity.

Not only was the NVEY ECO creme foundation light and breathable it didn’t turn my face into a globby, streaky mess after a couple hours in the sun and humidity. Woo Hoo!

I was also very happy with the color which is always such a hard thing for me to say since I have very fair skin with both yellow and pink undertones. (How do I have both? No, idea but I do. That’s me in a nutshell, a crazy enigma that just doesn’t make sense.)

When I was checking out Nvey Eco’s colors I was worried everything would be too orange or way too yellow. I got 877 for light skin with yellow undertones. I opened and thought it would be way too dark but once I put it on and blended it…perfect. It wasn’t too dark or too yellow at all. I was very pleased.

The organic creme foundation is made with safflower, jojoba and castor oils, and vitamins A, C and E. Natural earth colorants are used to create the colors.

Since I am happy with the creme foundation I am willing to try the organic compact powder and the fluid foundation. All are available from Vashon Organics. The Nvey Eco Organic Creme Foundation is $57.75 at Vashon Organics.

Once I save a little money and decide to splurge on myself (which is rare) I’ll get the the powder compact which retails for $41.75 at Vashon. Again choosing the right color will be hard. Should I get the Natural for yellow undertones or the Translucent Neutral?

I should probably check on their return policy in case I get the wrong color.
