Natural Papaya Ointment for Soothing Skin

I’m so looking forward to the UK launch of this amazing natural and powerful mix by Phytocare.

Papaya (or Paw Paw, as its known in Australia) is extremely rich in vitamins and minerals, namely Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6 and C and minerals Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium. It also is the source of several amino acids and a powerful enzyme called papain which is the main active ingredient.

Papain is a protein-cleaving enzyme and brings exfoliating qualities, aiding the removal of dead skin cells and resurfacing the skin naturally.

This ointment or balm is already a big hit in Australia and is second only to the well established market leader Lucas Papaw ointment.  The difference with PURE is that its base is formulated with natural waxes and oils instead of the petroleum jelly used by Lucas! It also has a significantly higher amount of the active Papaya ingredient 48mg/g compared to 39mg/g from Lucas. I know which one I choose!!

These products are amazing for a multitude of conditions…..here’s a little list of some of them:

Bruises

Burns

Dry/cracked skin

Insect stings & bites

Heat Rash

Scars

Rashes & Spots

Sunburn

Nappy Rash

Eczema

Psoriasis

As well as one of the favourite uses – LIPBALM

The ointment also contains Calendula, Coconut oil, and Vitamin E . All of which contribute to its amazing healing and soothing properties.

The official UK launch is September 2010. Oh so many UK women will grow to rely on this little wonder stuff as they have in Australia. Can’t wait!!

PURE Papaya ointment already has facebook page so you can get all the latest launch info there…..
