4. Cut Back On Caffeine

Too much caffeine can lead to increased heart rate, anxiety, and restlessness. During a stressful time, these symptoms will just make it worse. I’m all for having a cup (or two) of coffee in the morning to get me going. After noon, though, try switching to some green or herbal tea. If you’re feeling sluggish in the afternoon, try eating a handful of almonds instead of reaching for another coffee. At the end of the day, your body and mind will thank you.
