One of my favorite things about spring, besides the fabulous weather, is the chance to ditch the icy makeup colors of winter and incorporate some fresh, spring shades. Pastel eye shadows are a great way to add more color and bring a vitality to your face and wardrobe. A simple sweep of a pretty color on the lids will instantly make you look, and feel, more vibrant.
