5. Pumpkin Mask
Even though fall is still thankfully months away, you can still whip up a pumpkin mask using this recipe found on The Hip Yogini. Canned pumpkin, mixed with a few other ingredients, will make a mask that is full of zinc, beta carotene and vitamins. I would recommend substituting regular milk in the recipe with coconut milk for added moisture.
