Feelgood Quickie: Reduce Under Eye Circles with Green Tea

Feel like you’re dragging lately? After you sip that cup of green tea as a pick-me-up, you can use the tea bags to reduce the dark circles that come with sleep debt. After you brew your cuppa, just chill the bags in the fridge, then lie down on the couch with the bags over your eyes for 10-15 minutes. Voila!

Of course, the best way to battle those dark circles is to get caught up on your sleep. For tips on getting that beauty rest, you can check out the great sleep podcast that Liz shared earlier this week!

  1. I’ll have to give this a try. Seems like you might end up a bit smelly, but since I don’t see myself getting any more sleep in the near future may have to put up with tea perfume.
