Feeling Good in Style: Kaeline's Hammam Savon Noir with Eucalyptus

The cold and flu season is upon us, and when it hits home, it’s hard to imagine anything that makes a girl feel less attractive than puffy eyes and…ok, I’ll just say it…snot dripping down her face. So when I was attacked by a particularly kleenex-intensive virus, I was desperate for a little luxury, something to soothe the sinuses and provide a bit of pampering. In the midst of my misery, I reached for my Kaeline Hammam Savon Noir exfoliating paste while in the shower. It contains only a few ingredients, of which Eucalyptus Globulus is a big one. I figured if Eucalyptus was good enough for the vapour rub my mom rubbed on my chest when I was a kid, this 100% natural body soap may do more than exfoliate, soothe, and refresh my skin.

I could not have been more right. In fact, it worked so well, I held a Kaeline Hamman party during my  daughters’ bath time this evening. Both of them have been stricken with the same viral nastiness I suffered through, and so during my 6-year-old’s shower, I had her apply Kaeline’s Hamman paste all over little bod using a shower scrubby, and as the steamed Eucalyptus filled the room, my girls and my husband (also sick) were breathing deeply, inhaling the magic, and looking much happier than they had all weekend.

Eucalyptus Globulus has been used for centuries as a topical decongestant, asthma treatment, and immune booster. It is used in Kaeline’s Hammam treatment for its powerful skin healing properties. The Hammam treatment also employs olive oil to moisturize the skin, and traditional African black soap for non-irritating exfoliation. The result: a true spa treatment in the comfort of your own shower, with a really handy side effect of providing unparalled relief from vicious sinus assaults.

And in case you’re wondering, the vapour rub I referred to earlier doesn’t hold a candle (or even a glowing piece of coal) to the Kaeline Hammam Savon Noir. This is true luxury, in a simple, ancient, powerful formula.
