3. Shabby Chic Coffee Table
Thrift store and yard sale finds can look so different after a fresh coat of paint. A little sanding and brush work can hide nicks, stains, and cover up wood tones that don’t match your room’s colorway. You can also use paint to change the whole look of a piece, like this shabby chic technique that’s easy to do at any crafty skill level.
