Wondering what’s in the latest True Beauty Box? Let me fill you in…
In the most current True Beauty Box, monthly natural and organic products subscription from Love True Natural, came lots of gorgeous, not to mention useful, natural make up items: Lavera Foundation in two different shades, several items from Benecos, plus a sachet of Green People Cleanser and Make up Remover.
What I love about Benecos is that not only are all of their products high performance, but the entire line is very affordable – and, of course, nontoxic too. I’ve been using certain items from the range recently and was excited to see some new products show up in my box. Namely, the mascara. Like most women, for me the quality of a make up line kind of hinges on a good mascara.
Benecos Maximum Length Mascara in Carbon Black hit the mark. It is glossy without being too thin, and lengthens lashes without being cakey. And at $16.49 is a great bargain.
Another Benecos item I am using daily right now is their Natural Eyeliner. Pencil eyeliner is a staple in my beauty kit and it has to be just right. Benecos is one of my new favorites because it is smooth enough to glide on evenly and stays on all day. My favorite is the deep natural brown hue.
This month’s TBB also packed a couple of Benecos Natural Baked Colours. Eyeshadow in Melange Silver Purple is a deep, almost dusty, plum with a slightly metallic tinge. Blusher in Coral is a universally flattering slightly pinkish peach. What’s up with baked colour? Benecos powder shades are baked to give them longer lasting, saturated color. The beauty of these baked mineral colors is their layer-ability. One swipe for a barely-there hint of color, or layer it on for a deeper, more intense look.
Will let you know what turns up in next month’s True Beauty Box. Want one for yourself? Take the beauty profile quiz and sign up to receive fresh natural products monthly at Love True Natural.
