2. Walk it Out
Put your dog on a leash and take her for a brisk walk around the block. If you don’t have a dog, that’s OK! Grab your mp3 player and put on some relaxing music or your favorite podcast and head out for a walk. Just the motion of walking is so healthy for our bodies and our brains. Even a 10 or 15 minute walk can do wonders for your well being!
While you’re out, try not to think about what’s stressing you out. Just enjoy this break from your obligations and let the exercise release endorphins to help you cope with that holiday stress!
