Vegan Cuts Beauty Box: Cruelty-Free Products Delivered To Your Door

Vegan Cuts Beauty Box

There are few things better than a good mail day.  While my letter carrier is often filling my mailbox with bills and advertisements, it makes my walk down the driveway worth it when I open the mailbox and find a sweet box of surprises waiting for me.

So when a friend treated me to one month’s delivery of the Vegan Cuts Beauty Box, I was delighted.  Each box contains 4-7 full and sample sizes of cruelty-free beauty products.  (That means all of the products are vegan obviously, and none of them have been tested on animals.)  From month to month, you never know what you’re getting.

The month that I received the Beauty Box, these were my favorite highlights:

Liquid lipstick from Ofra Cosmetics: This lipstick smells like vanilla frosting, and the color is long-lasting even though it has a wet shimmer like a gloss.  The Plumas shade is very flattering, and it’s been my regular color ever since I received it.  Plus, this lipstick goes for $19.90 on Ofra’s website, making it worth the price of the box alone.

Deodorant from Primal Pit Paste: This natural deodorant is made from coconut oil, shea butter, arrowroot powder, and essential oils.  This little sample has been great for traveling and lasts a long time since a swipe of the finger is all that’s necessary.  It has a lovely smell of thyme and lemongrass, and it really works.

Other items in the box included:

  • A facial cleansing and exfoliating sponge from Dew Puff, made from the root of the konjac plant.
  • Hair detangler from Aubrey Organics made with organic quinoa protein and herbal humectants.
  • Night cream from Biao Beauty made with babassu and olive oils to hydrate the skin.
  • Jojoba clarifying scrub and coriander balancing cleanser from Better Botanicals.

A monthly Vegan Cuts subscription costs $19.95/per month.  Shipping is free in the United States, $8 to Canada, and $15 worldwide.
