Would You Wear Soyshorts?

Super soft, cute and eco-friendly- I’d wear soyshorts. My daughter does and she loves them.

Uranus Apparel has created the newest thing in eco-undies…super cute and comfy panties, called soyshorts.

Why soyshorts? Because they are actually made from sustainable soy.

Soyshorts are so soft you’ll never want to wear any other pair of undies again. Plusthey have a lot of eco-friendly benefits: they are dyed with 100% natural vegetable dye and they come packaged in burlap drawstring bags that are 100% biodegradable but they are so cute you could reuse them for something creative.

Those aren’t the only eco-benefits though- soyshorts are made from soy fabric that is sustainable. Soy is a sustainable crop to begin but the soy fabric used in soyshorts has been collected and recycled from the by-product waste that comes after making soy food products like tofu and soybean oil.

Instead of being thrown away or composted the waste is made into this super soft, luxurious fabric that is durable, long lasting and softer than cotton. Soy fabric has some other fab benefits as well- it dries fast, is easy to care for and is extremely durable, and it is machine washable and dryer safe. Soy is warmer than wool yet still absorbent and breathable, perfect for any weather.

Soyshorts come in sets of three one beige, one black and one moss green. Sizes start at XS and go to large. A set of three won’t set you back too much either, just $19.00 for a set of three. That is such a bargain. I’ve seen eco-undies go for much more than that and not be half as cute or luxuriously soft.

My daughter received a set of these with her back to school wardrobe and she loves them. I love the feel of them and plan to order a set for me. I hope once people realize that soyshorts are so super soft and wonderful perhaps Uranus Apparel will add more colors and maybe even more styles and products like some cozy sports style bras or maybe just a few camis or tank tops to match the soyshorts.
