Celebrity Makeup Artist To Gisele Bündchen, Chanel Iman, Stephanie Seymour And Kim Cattral To Launch Organic Cosmetics Line

Top celeb NY makeup artist, Rose-Marie Swift works in the fashion industry on photo shoots for VOGUE, W Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar and most recently at LaCoste RTW Spring ’09 Fashion Show where she used her own, absolutely brand new line of organic cosmetics.  She knows beauty and the dangers of toxic beauty products and how they can greatly effect health.  After years of exposure to conventional products, her health began to drastically decline.  She started to lose her hair and memory and begun having panic attacks.  After having lab tests done she was asked “Do you work in the cosmetics industry?”  She had toxic levels of heavy metals, lead, cadmium, aluminum, barium and mercury; along with high levels of pesticides and other chemicals.  The lab technician said “I can’t believe you’re even walking around!

She could not believe that the products she used and loved were causing her health issues.  Years later she has educated herself on the dangers of toxic products and is determined to educate others.  Be on the lookout for her brand new luxury organic cosmetics line called RMS Beauty, that claims to stand out from other so-called organic/mineral make-up lines on the market. She’s been developing the line for two and a half years, uses ingredients that are certified organic and are “so close to the original raw state that it will be almost edible” she says.

Swift indicates “it will be modern and will add the youthful glow to the face that is every woman’s dream without looking like cakey/ skin-clogging make-up”.  No synthetics are used such as parabens, silicons, synthetics or sneaky derivatives.  They also don’t use nano-technology which makes chemicals absorbable right into the blood stream.  It will be considered hydrating and illuminating skincare that contains mineral (color).  This line will be in frosted glass (for purity and to prevent plastic leaching into the product) and the packaging will be made of recycled paper.  This is a real beauty product, finally, by a make-up artist that gets it.  Make-up should be like pure food is for the body; safe, nourishing, anti-aging and uplifting” says Swift.

Eye shadows, lip & cheek color, an illuminizer, lip balm and concealers will be available for purchase at Pure Food & Wine, a high-end raw, vegan restaurant in New York and online at RMS Beauty.  Stay tuned for a launch date…
