Alima Pure Me Encanta Holiday Makeup Collection

Alima Pure Me Encanta Holiday Collection 2013

Who doesn’t love to get new things this (or any) time of year? I recently received the new natural beauty holiday collection from the folks at Alima Pure. Love the brand + love these new products!

Actually this line was a collaboration with sustainable makeup artist Kristen Arnett, founder of Green Beauty Team. Kristen chose her favorite hues for the Me Encanta Limited Edition Collection for Holiday 2013. The collection was inspired by her recent trip to Spain and the flamenco dancers she encountered there. The rich and passionate colors in the kit exude holiday warmth and a bit of drama.

In the Me Encanta Collection:

Flamenco Limited Edition Eyeshadow – shimmery navy blue powder mineral shadow
Sombra Contour Powder – a subtle, natural looking bronzer to highlight cheekbones and eyes
Pink Satin Matte Blush – perfect peachy pink to enhance any skin tone
Baila Lip Tint – deep, yet super wearable, lip color that is its own sort of neutral
Black Natural Definition Mascara – the essential cherry on top

Use the products together or as separates, to create a variety unique looks. My fave? Hands down, the Flamenco Eyeshadow. A deep navy with shimmer. I like to swipe this over my black pencil liner for a hint of color and intensity.

All of the colors are just-right on their own and create a naturally glamorous look when worn together. Kristen has created to looks from the collection: Chic and Sultry.  Check out her YouTube tutorials.

Alima Pure makeup is free from parabens, talc, gluten, dyes, nanoparticles, and other harmful ingredients. Deep colors are the result of natural mineral pigments.

If you are looking for the perfect holiday gift, or something to spruce up your own seasonal look, go for this collection. Natural, beautiful + perfect for the season.
