Natural Beauties :: An Interview with Linda Rodin

RODIN-story

Continuing our series, Natural Beauties :: Interviews with Top Natural Beauty Experts, I have something special for you today.

Super glamorous, ultra chic, one-of-a-kind Linda Rodin…fashion stylist, lover of pink lipstick, and creator of RODIN Olio Lusso natural product line.  If you have yet to try Olio Lussso Face Oil, do what you can to get your hands on some.  Seriously, the best.

I can’t tell you how excited I was to hear that Linda was willing to take part in this interview.  She is such a rock start of glamour, beauty, and living well.  I’m a little obsessed.

Could you please share your story, how you became aware of harmful ingredients in cosmetics?

Hmmm. I think I became aware of harmful products in food first, and then realized the same about cosmetics.

How did you choose the ingredients you wanted to use in your products?

I always loved those oils, separately, for different reasons, so I decided to mix them together. Why not?

What does your beauty routine look like?

Simple: I cleanse my face at night with my soon to be available cleanser.  I leave it moist, then apply RODIN olio lusso .  That’s it!

Does diet play a role in keeping your skin healthy and youthful?

I eat very well –a lot of salads and fish, and I am sure that helps.

What is one beauty tip all woman should know?

Try and embrace who you are, and keep all things in moderation.

You are my beauty hero! I just love your line, your look, even your home interior style. Who has influenced your style?

I’m blushing!  I think my mother, my auntie and my sister.

There you have it.  Linda’s line, RODIN Olio Lusso, consists of the fabulous face oil, body oil, hair oil, tinted lip balm, hand & body crema, and perfume.  And I will definitely be trying out that new cleanser once I get the chance!
