pets and health

Not only are we obsessed with good health and happiness around here, I have to admit that I’m pretty crazy about my cats, as well. Pets and Your HealthAdopting a Pet

Don’t have a pet? Don’t fret! There are lots of homeless dogs and cats that need good homes. Adopting is the most responsible way to bring a pet into your family. Check out your local Humane Society or animal shelter. Some places will even let you take the pet home on a temporary basis, to make sure that she or he is a good fit for your family.
