  1. Everyone probably seeks happiness, but it can be very difficult to find or feel. But sitting still and meditating and try to remember those happy memories, can really help, as this video also says. This type of meditation works for me, and helps me evoke this strong feeling of happiness. Then I use to move the focus on something I want to achieve while keeping this strong positive feeling of success. Thanks for posting.
