Juice Beauty Review

Over the years I have had many questions regarding Juice Beauty.  Juice is a well known brand, and because of the tagline “organic”, comes to many people’s minds when thinking of organic cosmetics and skincare.

I personally have sort of avoided Juice Beauty products, until now.  Most lines that contain chemical ingredients are off of my radar, but I thought since I have had so many people ask I would go ahead and give them a review.

A rep of Juice contacted me right around the time that I received yet another reader query on the brand.  The three items that were sent for review were the Stem Cellular Repair Moisturizer, Green Apple Peel Full Strength, and Stem Cellular Repair Eye Treatment.  These products are some of the brand’s “hero” products and are made with some certified organic ingredients.

All three of these products contain lots of healthy, good-for-skin ingredients.  They all also contain a chemical preservative cocktail.  These chems are at the bottom of the ingredient listings, but just want to put everything on the table here.

Now that you know what is in the products, let’s talk performance.  My Mom tried these out for me because of my sensitivity to Aloe vera.  I will say that she absolutely loved the products, especially the Repair Moisturizer.  Here is what Mom had to say:

Stem Cellular Repair Moisturizer – This moisturizer feels elegant and seems to glide onto the skin, leaves your complexion smooth, glowing and very soft.  Has a fresh lemon/lime scent.

Green Apple Peel Full Strength – Smooths and refines the skin, tightens pores.  Leaves skin glowing, supple and refreshed.

Stem Cellular Repair Eye Treatment – This gel-like cream smooths out wrinkles and minimizes fine lines.  The eyes look awake and radiant.

Mom helps me try out products from time to time.  Some are ehhh, others she really loves.  And these she absolutely raved about.

I feel that cosmetics are like food.  You look at an ingredient label on an item at the grocery store and decide whether or not you feel comfortable eating it, right?  Same goes for reading cosmetics labels.  While the questionable ingredients in these products are definitely not the worst of the worst, it is all about what you are comfortable using.

There.  That is my Juice Beauty review.  Finally:)
