Crazy For Tea has a great recipe for a cleansing tea recipe using peppermint, cayenne, dandelion root and more. This is a great blend to help kick start, or re-start, your healthy eating habits.

    Pepper tea
    The best way to deal with fever, body ache and cold is to roast pepper until red, add little sugar to melt and make it into a decoction and have. Herbs and ginger for cold are optional.This is the traditional south Indian way.
