With careful selection there are many wonderful natural products that work beautifully (though careful selection is important--in any type of product). Even where you need to use a product a bit differently, there are often advantages as well. I use a natural hairspray now and find I need to apply it lightly and let it dry more between coats (during which time I brush and floss my teeth). I find the adjustment a small price to pay for not holding my breath, sending my kids into coughing fits and having to ventilate the bathroom. I think we just need to get the word out more.
