Both the Herbal Waters and Twist beverages contain healthy vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Herbal Water uses pure organic herbs which are rich in antioxidants and phytochemicals. Both are also organic which means they are free from toxic pesticides, herbicides and synthetic fertilizers. The absence of lots of sugar or sugar substitute (Twist uses a bit of agave nectar, Herbal Waters contain no sugar) is also beneficial. And then there is the benefit of drinking water.

I'm glad to see these alternatives are free of sweeteners and preservatives. I'll have to try them. My beverage of choice has been white or green tea (unsweetened of course). The two I find most enjoyable cold are White Licorice Tea and Moroccan Mint(green) Tea. I also like the fact that they have a lot of health benefits associated with them. What are the benefits of your herbal waters?
