Nvey Eco Launches Organic Lip Treatments

There’s something very alluring about the promise of fuller lips. Even if we can’t all be Angelina Jolie, most of us like the idea of a saucy pout. The vast majority of commercial lip plumpers, however, contain a horrifying list of ingredients you most definitely do not want to be eating, like polyethylene, aluminum and BHA. Basically, the idea was to irritate your lips, enflame them so they swell in anger. Sexy, no?

Thankfully, companies like Jane Iredale and Nvey Eco are discovering natural ways to dilate the blood vessels in your lips, using ingredients like cinnamon, menthol, and ginger root, to plump up your smoocher without making it mad. Nvey Eco recently launched a whole trio of lip treatments – the only of its kind that is certified organic – including an exfoliator, repair balm, and lip plumper. Using nothing but food-grade organic ingredients like orange oil, cinnamon, shea butter, and cranberry seeds, you get healthy, full lips from products so safe you could eat them (although I’m not sure that’s a good use of these lovely cosmetics).

    Great Review,

Nvey Eco is really in a class of its own when it comes to organic cosmetics. The products are great and most importantly, the lip plumper works. You do notice a difference of fuller lips when the plumper is applied. No major difference, but a suttle difference.

Thanks for the comment! I agree that Nvey really sets the bar when it comes to organic cosmetics. I realize they are pricier, but who else is making truly organic makeup? I love how the plumper feels on my lips.
