TIMF really seems to have done its homework. I wonder if they’ll be using Verterra plates by chance? After using them for 2 months they are, in my humble opinion, the toughest eco compostable plates I’ve come across, and they’re made of leaves…that’s it! Go check them at http://www.verterra.com
