I just spoke with Larry for Bazura bags. He explained that the foil is &quot;pre-consumer&quot; because the material is from manufacturing waste. That material is the foil made to use juice containers, which is flexible and woven into the bags. Larry also said that you can fold up the bag (or other items they make w/ the foil), and that it pops back into shape easily when ready to use.
